That picture of the corn soaking in a vat of butter looks DELICIOUS. Unfortunately, the picture alone clogged my heart (my attempts at healthy living truly sucks).
I also feel the anger of covid denial and not following our own guidelines. I think maybe what bothers me worse though, is that this is merely a true reflection of where we're headed with the climate crisis. We want "life as normal" so badly, we won't give up what we know to be important for our own survival. So this COVID thing, it's just the tip of what's to come, unfortunately. People suck.
I also am tired. Hard to even know how to think about and approach it all anymore.
